When you think your getting too old to exercise you're writing yourself a certificate of stupidity and, if you're at all like me, already graduated that academy with honors. Scaling is the key!
SCALING: Means doing the exercises as Rx'd (As Prescribed) but using a weight or load commensurate with your age, skill, purpose, and strength.

I'm almost 68 and continue to scale the WOD's. I have a fused back, really, really, really, bad knees, bad shoulders, and all the old guy stuff we all have. Did I mention I have bad knees too?

Praise the Lord for old age. He has allowed us to live for years to exercise His purpose and His Gospel. Why not do it with a healthy body.

The PDF below is a protocol I recently put together for myself. It incorporates strength, some power, agility, conditioning, and core development. It'll take you a while (be sure to scale-up or down, it ain't a contest) if you do it all. It's intended for twice a week with 48 hours recovery between bouts.
